What are you headstones made of?

We make every single headstone from 100% pure quality granite. We never use marble or any other material that degrades over time. All of our granite headstones are guaranteed for life. That includes the color, the laser engraved photos and sand blasted lettering and artwork. We use both DOMESTIC and IMPORTED granites.  

How soon will I get my headstone?

Most orders ship within 2-3 weeks after your order is paid for and your approval of the layout we emailed to you. You heard right, we ship faster than ANYONE else and there is no extra charge for this. Please keep in mind under no circumstance do we guarantee a shipment date or delivery date, no exceptions. 

Does the final appearance of the tombstone match the design?

After receiving your order, our graphic design team will create an layout proof and send it to you by email. It will resemble the project you worked on in our “Design Tool”. Before it goes into production, you must confirm that everything looks correct after receiving the proof via email. Simply reply to the email with your requests if you require any minor adjustments or revisions. We’ll make those adjustments for you and send you a second draft to review. It’s that easy.  

What happens if my headstone is damaged or lost in transit?

We insure all shipments of headstones for 100% of the price you paid and will gladly replace your headstone should any damage or loss occur during transit. No questions asked.
